Apryl,
Water therapy sounds quite interesting. It is used a lot in Japan. I'm not sure what type you are doing, but from what I've read about, seen and experienced, it is very beneficial.
I can usually bear my pains without any drugs. Sometimes I simply have to take something. What bothers me the most are sinus headaches and I had quite a bad sinus headache the past two days. You might think this is nuts, but by noon yesterday the pain was driving me up the wall, so I grabbed a bottle of vodka and drank over half of it in an hour. I didn't have any pain, but I also had problems walking straight. I went right to sleep and did not wake up until 6:30 p.m. I felt okay when I woke up. I almost never get a hangover. My wife drank 3 glasses of wine and she was ripped. She decided to use our left over spaghetti noodles to make a vegetarian dish. She put in so much hot sauce that it made my eyes water. She took one bite and went running for some water. I thought that was funny. She decided to eat salad and a ham sandwich. I ate her dish. I thought it was good.

I often think of you. You would not be having those flare ups unless there's inflammation somewhere in your body, or if the drugs you're taking are causing side affects. I strongly suggest you see a WELLNESS doctor and get yourself some good practical non-drug advice.
